Regional Manager will have multiple base managers that will report to him/her.

The Regional Manager owns responsibility for Maintenance stations manpower, training, and regulatory compliance.The Regional Manager through delegation from the Sr Director Line Maintenance is responsible to maintain a safe and compliant oversight of all Maintenance stations that are assigned. This involves the leadership of a multi-site management, focused on the delivery of technical compliance, safety and Oversight functions in the carrier’s technical operations. The Regional Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of Spirit Airlines Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Process and Procedures, and Oversight functions.
